Description
Geo-Con Products have developed a light-weight moulds for the Drying Shrinkage of concrete to AS1012.8.4/AS1012.13. The construction consists of steel and aluminium—no plastic is used, it has been designed so that the concrete does not come in contact with the aluminium.
The 3-gang mould alone weighs only 11 kgs empty, a reduction of 8 kgs from our previous version mould. The single gang mould weighs approximately 5 kg
These weight reductions have been achieved by the use of aluminium end plates, a thinner base and thinner dividers. Our light-weight mould have a proven track record over several years.

MOULD SUPPORT FRAME (supplied with each mould).
It is recommended that this support be used as it will give the Mould system a longer useful life. The thumb screws need only be finger tightened to support the top of the Mould.
