Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance is an integral part of preventing equipment failure and avoiding down time. Geo-Con will service equipment for the construction material testing industry regardless of supplier, we have the knowledge and resources to get the job done.
We offer a Preventative Maintenance Contract to give piece of mind in knowing your equipment will be looked after at a scheduled time and for a fixed fee. Concrete Compression Machines and Advanced Asphalt Testing (IPC Global Equipment) are speciality area’s for Geo-Con although we can cover much, much more.
Scheduled or Contracted Service Visits generally include:
- Inspect all electrical wiring and hydraulic hosing for wear, replace if necessary.
- Check oil for cleanliness and quantity, top up, or replace if necessary.
- Check settings.
- Check machine operation (including minor calibration check).
- Notify client verbally of problems encountered and preventative actions which may be required.
- Maintain Service Book for record keeping
Further maintenance contracts can be negotiated for other major equipment items purchased through Geo-Con so don’t forget to ask when placing your orders.
