Rubber Capping Equipment for Concrete Cylinders

A restrained natural rubber capping system may be used to cap concrete cylinder specimens for compression tests, where the compressive strength is expected to be between 10 and 80 MPa.

Our system comprises: rubber cap, steel restraining ring to hold and restrain the cap, and centring ring to centre the cap onto the specimen top.

The rubber caps can be reused several times and are available individually or in quantities as needed.

The system meets the requirements of AS 1012.9, and the rubber caps are supplied with a certificate of compliance.  Various size caps and restraining rings to suit are available, as described below.
