The contract is worth $86 million and will run for about 10 months from October.

Kentz has also won, in a venture with Thiess, a $23 million contract to install more than 100km of high and low-voltage cabling, diesel generators, packaged substations and lighting at Chevron’s Gorgon project site.

The works will be used in the preparation of the site and its temporary construction facilities.

Work is scheduled to start in the first half of 2010 with a planned completion date in the first half of 2011.News Courtesy "Construction Industry News"
